Warehouse Manager
Redeye is seeking applications for a Warehouse Manager to report to the Hillsborough, NC site. The Warehouse Manager job consists of duties primarily focused supervising and overseeing all day-to-day operations of the Redeye warehouse operation. Ensure all orders ship within the shipping schedule, without fail and with minimal errors while adjusting the staff schedule based on the daily inbound and outbound volume. Managing all aspects of physical stock within the warehouse to ensure maximum picking efficiency and inventory accuracy, including receiving, stock placement and organization, cycle counts and refurbishment of returns. Ensure that all warehouse expectations are met and policies are adhered to. Maintain a skilled staff of employees, cross-trained in all areas.

Compensation and Benefits
Redeye offers competitive wages and, effective June 29, 2020, Redeye will have adopted a Living Wage program per guidelines established by the county in which it is headquartered (Orange County, NC). Redeye offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off (PTO) and, following an introductory period (90 days): eligibility for a host of other benefits such as medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, short- and long-term disability, life insurance and more! Eligibility for participation in the 401(k) retirement plan requires one year of employment.
